A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance must be paid at the beginning of the Safari.

Arrival and Departure Dates are Safari Days and you will be charged the full amount per day.

Travelers’ Checks, Cash, Wire Transfers, and all major Credit Cards are accepted payment methods.

There are no Cancellations or Refunds for early departure.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Meat is not included in the animal price.

All charges apply only to animals that are bagged, injured, or lost.

It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain Travel Insurance to and from South Africa. Personal Insurance at all risks, Medical Assistance, Evacuation Compensation, and Disability Insurance.

For Antelope Hunting, we recommend a 7mm Magnum, a 300 Magnum, or a similar rifle. Swift, Burns, or similar bullets are preferred. Our law requires 375 H & H as the minimum Caliber for dangerous games. A maximum of 100 shots are allowed per rifle.

All clients and observers must read and sign the Compensation Form before starting the Safari.

All reasonable precautions have been taken to ensure the safety of our clients and their property, but we are not responsible for any illness, accident, or loss of any kind that occurs during the Safari and stay.

The Hunter is responsible for the shipping and soaking of the trophies.
